Puravankara rises on entering Delhi-NCR market with 13.44-acre land parcel in Greater Noida
Puravankara is currently trading at Rs. 216.20, up by 0.95 points or 0.44% from its previous closing of Rs. 215.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 214.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 223.45 and Rs. 214.90 respectively. So far 30659 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 288.65 on 23-Dec-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 160.00 on 02-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 223.45 and Rs. 200.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5149.71 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.20% and 7.79% respectively.
Puravankara has entered the Delhi-NCR real estate market with the allotment of a 13.44-acre land parcel in Greater Noida through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prudential Housing and Infrastructure Development. The parcel has a saleable potential of around 4.57 million sq. ft. and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 5,200 crore. The entry into Delhi-NCR marks a significant step in the company’s strategy to expand into high-growth residential markets beyond Southern and Western India, leveraging its strong brand and five-decade legacy of trust, quality and execution.
The land parcel is located in Greater Noida. Planned as an integrated industrial and urban ecosystem, the township benefits from access to key regional infrastructure, including the Yamuna Expressway. The development of Noida International Airport at Jewar is also expected to further strengthen connectivity and support economic and employment growth across the region.
