FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per November 02 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday's data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 21472.92 crore against gross selling of Rs 17015.12 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 4457.80 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1333.65 crore against gross sales of Rs 2396.67 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1063.02 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 548.33 crore, Debt-VRR segment at Rs 238.70 crore, and Debt-FAR segment at Rs 275.99 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 21.82 crore against gross selling of Rs 31.80 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 9.98 crore in hybrid segment.
