Prestige Estates Projects surges on reporting many fold jump in sales during Q1FY26

Prestige Estates Projects is currently trading at Rs. 1693.95, up by 44.60 points or 2.70% from its previous closing of Rs. 1649.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1660.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1702.50 and Rs. 1657.60 respectively. So far 16775 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1971.00 on 17-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1048.30 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1702.50 and Rs. 1582.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 72883.86 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.31% and 2.74% respectively.
Prestige Estates Projects has kicked off FY26 with its strongest quarterly performance to date, clocking an all-time high of Rs 12126.40 crore in sales in the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), marking a 300% growth over the same period last year.
The company sold 4,718 units, translating to a sales volume of 9.55 million square feet, up 234% year-on-year. The sales were backed by robust customer demand and disciplined collections, which rose to Rs 4522.70 crore, the highest quarterly collections to date, marking a 55% year-on-year increase. Average realization stood at Rs 13,339 per square foot for apartments while plotted developments fetched Rs 7,343 per square foot.
In line with its scale-up strategy, Prestige launched four residential projects totaling 14.94 million square feet during the quarter, including its first-ever launch in the NCR region. These launches featured a mix of plotted developments and integrated townships, catering to diverse homebuyer segments.
