Preparation underway for the 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention in Bhubaneswar on January 05. Odisha Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja reviewed the preparation. It is being organised in partnership with the Odisha government from 08-10 January 2025. The theme of this PBD Convention is ‘Diaspora’s Contribution to a Viksit Bharat’. President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the event. Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention is the flagship event of the government which provides an important platform to connect and engage with the Indian diaspora and enable them to interact with each other.
