PNB Housing Finance trades in green on raising Rs 375 crore through NCDs
PNB Housing Finance is currently trading at Rs. 976.85, up by 5.80 points or 0.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 971.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 966.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 983.00 and Rs. 966.45 respectively. So far 6562 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1141.85 on 09-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 746.10 on 28-Feb-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1024.85 and Rs. 957.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 25460.80 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 28.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 59.31% and 12.65% respectively.
PNB Housing Finance has raised Rs 375 crore through allotment of 37,500 listed, secured, rated, taxable, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1 lakh each. The allotment has been made through private placement via the Electronic Book Provider (EBP) platform of National Stock Exchange of India. The Management Committee for allotment of NCDs, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the company, has on January 13, 2026, approved allotment of the same.
The NCDs have a tenure of 5 years and offer a coupon rate of 7.5343% per annum. The NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) Segment of the NSE.
PNB Housing Finance is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB). They provide housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and up-gradation of houses.
