PGIM India Asset Management introduces Online Disputes Resolution Portal
In line with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/ CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/ CIR/2023/135 dated August 04, 2023, PGIM India Financial Mutual Fund has informed that common Online Dispute Resolution (‘ODR’) Portal has been established in order to harnesses online conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market. The Link to ODR portal: https://smartodr.in is made available on its website.
This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, as amended from time to time. All other terms & conditions of the SAI will remain unchanged.
