PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed that Investor Service Center (ISC) of KFIN Technologies which is also an Official Point of Acceptance (OPA) for accepting the transactions for Schemes of PGIM India Mutual Fund is shifting from ‘1st Floor, Puja Tower, 48 Chambers Elite Crossing, Jhansi- 284001, Uttar Pradesh, India, Contact No: 0510-4010410’ to ‘1st Floor, Basera Arcade, Opp. Major Dhyanchand Stadium, BKT Chitra Road, Civil Lines, Jhansi- 284001, Uttar Pradesh, India, Contact No: 0510-4010410’. The change in address of ISC will be effective November 03, 2025.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
