PFC soars on transferring Satara Power Transmission to Adani Energy Solutions
Power Finance Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 330.35, up by 5.10 points or 1.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 325.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 326.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 331.70 and Rs. 323.40 respectively. So far 94194 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 486.45 on 28-Apr-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 313.50 on 01-Oct-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 332.30 and Rs. 317.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 108985.86 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.01% and 9.00% respectively.
Power Finance Corporation’s (PFC) step down wholly owned subsidiary and SPV -- Satara Power Transmission has been transferred to Adani Energy Solutions, the successful bidder. The Satara Power Transmission has been sold for a consideration of around Rs 19.01 crore.
