Pace Digitek rises on bagging order worth Rs 929.76 crore

Pace Digitek is currently trading at Rs. 213.95, up by 1.10 points or 0.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 212.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 216.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 218.40 and Rs. 211.55 respectively. So far 54122 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 232.20 on 10-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 203.60 on 16-Oct-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 222.60 and Rs. 206.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4572.81 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.50% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.24% and 22.27% respectively.

Pace Digitek has secured an order worth around Rs 929.76 crore (including taxes) from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MSPGCL). The order is for design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, inspection, installation, testing and commissioning of 200 MWAC Grid Connected Ground Mounted Solar PV Power Plant under 300 MWAC with associated power evacuation arrangement to STU substation including three years Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the same. The order is to be executed within 450 days from the date of acceptance of Letter of Award.
