Optiemus Infracom gains on getting nod to incorporate three wholly owned subsidiaries

Optiemus Infracom is currently trading at Rs. 606.00, up by 7.25 points or 1.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 598.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 601.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 613.70 and Rs. 600.50 respectively. So far 9767 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 873.65 on 26-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 359.40 on 23-Jul-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 616.00 and Rs. 593.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5300.18 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.69%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.81% and 23.49% respectively.
Optiemus Infracom has received approval to incorporate three wholly owned subsidiaries -- Optiemus Vision Technology, Optiemus Display Technology and Optiemus Micro Electronics. The Operations and Administration Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 14, 2025 has approved the same. Optiemus Vision Technology is being incorporated to carry on the business of manufacturing and trading of Camera Modules and other related products/components.
Further, Optiemus Display Technology will carry on the business of manufacturing and trading of Display Modules and other related products/components. Moreover, Optiemus Micro Electronics is being incorporated to carry on the business of manufacturing and trading of all kinds of enclosures for Mobile, IT Hardware products and related devices.
