NuSummit Appoints Vidya Thakur as Chief Human Resources Officer to Lead People Strategy and Culture-Led Growth

Thakur as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Vidya brings more than three decades of multi-sectoral HR leadership, having designed and executed people strategies that drive transformation, build high-trust cultures, and nurture inclusive leadership. Before joining NuSummit, she served as VP & Global Head of HR at LTIMindtree, where she led M&A change management, leadership capability programs and women-in-tech advancement initiatives. Prior to that, at Larsen & Toubro Infotech she served as Global Head & VP of Global Talent Strategy and drove strategic HR, large-scale cultural transformation, and organizational change across regions. Earlier in her career, Vidya held the role of General Manager, HR at Tech Mahindra, where she oversaw leadership development, talent management, executive coaching, and performance management frameworks. A certified executive coach (PCC, ICF) and GPHR-certified practitioner, Vidya is recognized for her empathetic leadership and her ability to steer complex transformations with clarity and compassion.
In her new role, Vidya will lead the company’s global people agenda, driving strategy across talent acquisition, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, leadership evolution, and future-of-work readiness. She will work closely with NuSummit’s executive leadership to embed a unified culture across markets, promote high-impact teams, and empower talent to excel in an agile, purpose-driven environment.
