Nifty

Nifty appears to be nearing the end of its corrective phase, with the 50-DEMA support around 25320 holding firm at the week’s opening. Yesterday’s recovery and close near the 20-DEMA zone further reinforces early signs of reversal. Timewise, the index is expected to transition into a bullish mode from Thursday. Momentum indicators remain neutral, with RSI hovering near 50 and ADX trending lower reflecting the absence of strong reversal cues. However, the formation of a Spinning Top near its 50-DEMA signals potential bottoming action. While a mild dip toward 25050 cannot be ruled out, a decisive close above 25660 would confirm reversal strength. Conversely, a sustained move below 25000 could extend the correction and delay the broader uptrend. For now, Nifty is likely to remain fragile and prone to shallow pullbacks. Traders are advised to stay cautious and prefer a buy-on-decline approach rather than chasing premature breakouts..
