The markets are expected to open marginally higher today astrends in GIFT Nifty indicate a positive start for the broader indexafter Nifty closed 111 points higher at 22,753.80 on Wednesday.

 

Trident Update:

The firm has successfully initiated a solar power endeavor with a capacity of1.1 MWp in Madhya Pradesh. This addition elevates the Madhya Pradeshfacility’s cumulative solar capacity to an impressive 29.5 MWp.

Varun Beverages:

The company has approved investments in two special-purpose vehicles,Huoban Energy 11 and Aspirative Creative Ventures.

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories:

The company has launched the drug-free migraine management deviceNerivio in Germany via its step-down subsidiary Betapharm.

CESC:

The company’s subsidiary, Purvah Green Power, has acquired a full 100%shareholding of Bhadla Three SKP Green Ventures for ?3.83 crore.

PVR Inox:

The company inaugurated a new 9-screen multiplex in Kochi, Kerala.

Computer Age Management Services:

The company has received authorisation from the Reserve Bank of India tofunction as an online payment aggregator. Additionally, CAMSPAY, thepayment business unit, has set a new record by registering over 1.2 millionmandates for UPI Autopay in March.

The Phoenix Mills: The company reported a 27% YoY increase in Q4 total consumption to?2,818 crore, 37% rise in gross retail collections to ?791 crore, and a 22%YoY full-year consumption boost to ?11,327 crore with a 27% hike in annualgross retail collections to ?2,743 crore.

Metropolis Healthcare: The company’s core business revenue saw a 15% YoY growth at the fourthquarter’s end, with B2C revenues increasing by 18%. As of March 31, thecompany has achieved a debt-free status by repaying its debts.

Adani Green Energy Ltd: The company plans to invest approximately ?1.5 lakh crore in Khavda,Gujarat, to produce 30 megawatts of clean electricity, with a recentcommissioning of 2 GW and an aim to add 4 GW this fiscal year and 5 GWannually thereafter.

Tata Motors: Tata Motors’ Electric Vehicle Arm (TPEM) in collaboration with Shell India,aims to enhance India’s EV charging infrastructure, informed by theexperience of over 1.4 lakh Tata EVs on the road.
