NIBE touches roof as its arm signs MoU with leading infra & Defence Companies, Startups of India

NIBE is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 1942.30, up by 92.45 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 1849.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1942.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1942.30 and Rs. 1910.00 respectively. So far 85849 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2245.40 on 08-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 481.00 on 08-Sep-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1942.30 and Rs. 1785.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2776.82 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.96%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.32% and 39.72% respectively.

NIBE’s subsidiary -- Nibe Space has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with leading infra & Defence Companies and Startups of India namely Larsen & Toubro; Centum Electronics; Space Fields; SISIR Radar; CYRAN AI Solutions; AgniKul Cosmos; DV2JS Innovation LLP; Thales Alenia Space, France; and Thales India.

MoU aims to collaborate as a consortium for supply of equipment, services, skills, systems and support services etc. for its aim to build and operate a Private Earth Observation Constellation & corresponding ground segment to provide constellation on lease basis, offer images and analytics as a service. These MoUs are valid for a period of 12 to 24 months as stated in the respective agreements. 

NIBE (Formerly known as Kavita fabrics) manufactures synthetic fabrics in the form of semi-finished sarees and dress materials. These products are offered in various designs as per customer requirements.
