Nazara Technologies trades higher as its arm completes acquisition of 100% stake in Fusebox
Nazara Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 978.80, up by 44.85 points or 4.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 933.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 931.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 979.90 and Rs. 931.00 respectively. So far 34583 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 4 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1035.00 on 02-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 590.85 on 27-May-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 996.70 and Rs. 924.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7401.58 crore.

Nazara Technologies’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Nazara Technologies UK (Nazara UK) has completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Fusebox Games (Fusebox) for an aggregate consideration of GBP 21,181,231, on August 23, 2024.
Nazara UK now holds 100% of the issued share capital of Fusebox and accordingly, Fusebox has become the wholly owned subsidiary of Nazara UK and stepdown subsidiary of the Company.
