Nanta Tech surges on inking MoU with GM Biovalley to develop robotics, automation solutions

Nanta Tech is currently trading at Rs. 469.90, up by 13.30 points or 2.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 456.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 450.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 470.00 and Rs. 448.00 respectively. So far 3000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'MT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 651.40 on 29-Jun-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 234.00 on 31-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 505.85 and Rs. 448.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 241.12 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.36%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.72% and 41.92% respectively.

Nanta Tech has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GM Biovalley SDN BHD (GM Biovalley) for the introduction, commercialisation, deployment and development of robotics and automation solutions in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore. 

The Parties recognise that the cooperation contemplated under this MoU should extend beyond the sale of individual robotics products. The longer-term objective is to develop a sustainable robotics and intelligent automation ecosystem capable of supporting the complete value chain.

Through this cooperation, the Parties seek to combine the company’s robotics, engineering and technology capabilities with GM Biovalley's market-development capabilities, commercial networks, strategic relationships and regional execution capabilities. The Parties may consider granting GM Biovalley exclusive or preferential commercial rights for agreed NANTA products within all or part of the Territory.

The Parties intend to explore positioning Malaysia as a strategic hub for the deployment, technical support, training and future localisation of robotics technologies serving Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore, with the potential to expand progressively into the wider ASEAN market.
