Motilal Oswal Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 766.00, up by 6.90 points or 0.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 759.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 752.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 767.00 and Rs. 733.95 respectively. So far 99226 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 777.80 on 27-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 211.14 on 22-Sep-2023.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services has raised Rs 170 crore through the allotment of 17,000 Fully paid, Secured, Rated, Redeemable, Listed, Senior Bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000. The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its Meeting held on September 03, 2024 has approved the allotment of the same.
