Democracy is considered victorious only when there is 100% voting: Surendra Rajput
Congress leader Surendra Rajput said, "The festival of democracy is going on, and in democracy there should be maximum voting. Only 100 per cent voting will ensure the true victory of democracy. If there is 100 per cent voting, then the victory of Congress is also certain.
