Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund.
Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MF) informed that AMFI vide letter no. 35P/MEM-COR/126 dated March 20, 2024 directing suspension on subscription or inflow in any manner for scheme intending to invest in Overseas ETFs. The suspension being as result of the industry wide exhaustion of the allocated limit of overseas investment. Accordingly, the subscription through lumpsum and systematic plans (such as SIP and STP) being fresh or existing under the Scheme, Motilal Oswal Developed Market Ex US ETFs Fund of Funds (Scheme) shall be suspended with effect from opening hours of April 1, 2024. Investors are hereby reiterated that suspension has been effected only for the inflows into the scheme. While the Redemption process shall be unaffected by the above inflow suspension and shall be processed as per the applicable timelines.
This addendum forms an integral part of SID and KIM of the Scheme(s) of MOMF. The SID and KIM of the Schemes of MOMF shall be suitably modified. All other terms & conditions of the Schemes shall remain unchanged.
