HDFC AMC announces change in Information on Key Personnel

HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that: 1) Rajiv Maniar, a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC, who is designated as Co-Head - Sales & Distribution has been re-designated as Head - Sales and Distribution with effect from September 17, 2024. Consequently, his designation in SAI shall stand updated. (2) Simal Kanuga, a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC, who is designated as Head - PMS Sales, New Initiatives and Product Development, Co-Head - International Business and Chief Investor Relations Officer (AMC) has been re-designated as Head - PMS Sales, New Initiatives, Product Development, International Business and Chief Investor Relations Officer (AMC) with effect from September 17, 2024. Consequently, his designation in SAI shall stand updated. (3) Naveen Gogia, Co-Head - Sales & Distribution, Co-Head - International Business and Head - Public Relations has ceased to be a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC with effect from close of business hours of September 16, 2024. Consequently, all references to Naveen Gogia in the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) stand deleted.
All other contents of the SAI of HDFC Mutual Fund ('the Fund') will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
