Max Estates shines on launching 'The Terraces' residential project in Gurugram

Max Estates is currently trading at Rs 401.10, up by 9.20 points or 2.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 391.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 417.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 417.85 and Rs. 396.20 respectively. So far 599 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 563.70 on 21-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 305.55 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 420.30 and Rs. 377.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6613.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.27%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 33.52% and 21.21% respectively.

Max Estates has launched 'The Terraces', its newest residential offering within Estate 361 in Sector 36A, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. Designed for people who want more from home than just private square footage. The Terraces brings together smart residences, shared terraces, wellness, nature and managed living within one integrated community.

The Terraces offers 1.5 & 2-bedroom smart homes and duplex loft residences. The project has a gross development value of Rs 1,200 crore and is part of Estate 361, which has an overall GDV of Rs 9,000 crore spanning 18.23 acres. Phase 1 of The Terraces comprises 120 residences starting at Rs 2.4 crore.
