The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a positive start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 3 points lower at 25,938 on Tuesday.

The company received Rs.32.5 crore balance consideration from Alkem Wellness, completing Rs.532.5 crore slump sale of its trade generics business.

Bharat Forge

The company was declared successful bidder under TBCB for a 150 MW 300 MWh standalone battery energy storage project at Kalikiri substation in Andhra Pradesh.

RITES

The company received a letter of award from Berhard Development Corporation Zimbabwe for supplying in-service cape gauge diesel electric locomotives valued at USD 3.6 million.

Shakti Pumps

The company received a Rs.21 crore order from Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency for 1,000 off grid solar water pumping systems under PM KUSUM.

Shyam Metalics and Energy

The company’s step-down subsidiary commissioned a 0.45 MTPA modern blast furnace with linear sinter plant and commenced commercial production.

Tata Power Company

The company’s subsidiary commissioned SJVN’s 1 GW DCR-compliant solar project with capacity allocated across Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir and Uttarakhand, taking utility-scale third-party capacity to 4.9 GW.

Waaree Renewable Technologies

The company received capacity enhancement from 30 MWp to 35 MWp under an existing solar EPC contract increasing order value to Rs.102.93 crore.
