Market Updates

The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a negative start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 180 points higher at 25,875 on Wednesday.

Ambuja Cements

The company partnered with Coolbrook to deploy the world’s first commercial RotoDynamic Heater at its Andhra plant, reducing ~60,000 tonnes CO? annually.

EFC (I)

The company received NCLT approval for its Scheme of Arrangement with Whitehills Interior, enabling merger of operations and consolidation of business structure.

HealthCare Global Enterprises

The company approved Rs.150 crore investment in its wholly owned subsidiaries HCG Kolkata, HCG Borivali, and HCG Nagpur for repayment, working capital, and corporate needs.

Jamna Auto Industries

The company plans to set up integrated suspension, axle, and rubber component plants at Indore and Malanpur with total investment of Rs.132 crore.

Lupin

The company commissioned a dedicated oncology block at its Vizag facility, boosting global CDMO capacity for high-potent API development and manufacturing.

Marathon Nextgen Realty

The company launched Phase III of its Panvel township, The Nirvana Collection, spanning 3 acres with Rs.600 crore GDV and 4.9 lakh sq.ft. RERA area.

MTAR Technologies

The company received Rs.271.75 crore orders from an existing international customer, marking continued business momentum with execution targeted by Q2 FY27.

RITES

The company received a Rs.52 crore LoA from Cochin International Airport for construction of a Regulator cum Bridge at Chengal on a turnkey basis.

Shree Cement

The company fully commissioned its integrated cement plant at Jaitaran, Rajasthan, with a 3.65 MTPA clinker unit and 3.0 MTPA cement mill.

The Phoenix Mills

The company’s shareholding in material subsidiary ISMDPL increased from 51% to 55.57% following CPP Investments’ equity buyback worth Rs.895 crore.
