Mankind Pharma inches up on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary in Russia
Mankind Pharma is currently trading at Rs. 2497.05, up by 5.60 points or 0.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 2491.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2519.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2519.95 and Rs. 2486.75 respectively. So far 499 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3050.00 on 23-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2115.50 on 18-Mar-2025.

Mankind Pharma has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Russia on August 18, 2025 under the name and style of ‘Mankind Pharma LLC’. Mankind Pharma LLC shall carry out the business of distribution of pharmaceutical products of Bharat Serums and Vaccines, a material wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Earlier, the board of directors of the company in their meeting held on April 14, 2025 had approved the same.
Mankind Pharma is engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing a diverse range of pharmaceutical formulations across various acute and chronic therapeutic areas, as well as several consumer healthcare products.
