Keystone Realtors gains on getting nod to raise up to Rs 375 crore through NCDs

Keystone Realtors is currently trading at Rs 611.35, up by 1.30 points or 0.21% from its previous closing of Rs 610.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 607.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 615.45 and Rs 600.75 respectively. So far 999 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 799.95 on 11-Nov-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 484.00 on 09-May-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 646.80 and Rs 600.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 7574.26 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 78.34%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.11% and 2.54% respectively.

Keystone Realtors has received approval from Board of Directors to raise up to Rs 375 crore through issuance of fully paid up, senior, secured, redeemable, listed, rated non-convertible debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 to be issued on private placement basis. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on September 10, 2025, has inter alia approved the same.
