Maharashtra Elections: Dy CM Devendra Fadnavis reaches Nitin Gadkari`s residence
After Bharatiya Janata Party’s remarkable edge in the Maharashtra Assembly elections, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis reached residence of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on November 23. According to current trends in the 2024 Maharashtra Assembly elections, the Mahayuti alliance has crossed the crucial majority mark, as per ECI data. As per the initial results, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leading in 133 seats, driving the charge in Maharashtra. The Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena (SHS) follows closely, with leads in 57 seats. The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), led by Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, is leading in 41 seats, while the Rashtriya Yuva Swabhiman Party (RSHYVSWBHM) is leading in 1 seat.
