LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management announces resignation of Associate Director
LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management (AMC) has announced Modification in Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of LIC Mutual Fund.
LIC Mutual Fund has informed that Sat Pal Bhanoo (Associate Director) has resigned from the Board of LIC Mutual Fund Trustee with effect from close of business hours of December 31, 2025 on account of his superannuation from Life Insurance Corporation of India.
All references of Sat Pal Bhanoo in the SAI stands deleted.
This Notice cum Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of LIC Mutual Fund as amended from time to time.
All other contents of the SAI will remain unchanged.
