LIC Mutual Fund has informed that T.S. Ramakrishnan, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has resigned from the services of AMC, by attaining superannuation at LIC of India and hence ceases to be a Key Personnel for the schemes of LIC Mutual Fund from the close of business hours of December 28, 2023. All references of T.S. Ramakrishnan in the SAI stand deleted.
This Notice cum addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of LIC Mutual Fund as amended from time to time. All other contents of the SAI will remain unchanged.
