LIC AMC announces Change in Fundamental Attributes of Focused Fund
LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the scheme.
LIC Mutual Fund has informed that LIC MF Focused Fund, an open-ended equity scheme investing in maximum 30 stocks (predominantly large cap), (Erstwhile LIC MF Focused 30 Equity Fund) (the scheme) of LIC Mutual Fund will be undergoing certain changes in the key features. Presently, the Scheme invests a minimum of 65% of the total assets in equity and equity related instruments of large cap companies and focuses on large cap stocks. In order to provide better flexibility and discretion to the Fund Manager to invest across market capitalization, the changes in certain key features of the Scheme are proposed. The Board of Directors of LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management and the Board of Directors of LIC Mutual Fund Trustee, have approved the proposed changes. Further, SEBI, vide an email dated 2nd August 2024, has communicated its no-objection for the proposed changes.
The SID and KIM of the Scheme shall stand modified on the Effective Date. This Notice cum Addendum will form an integral part of the SID and KIM of the aforementioned Scheme. All other terms and conditions of the Scheme will remain unchanged.
