Lemon Tree Hotels soars on opening new property in Kasauli
Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 134.55, up by 3.80 points or 2.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 130.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 131.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 134.95 and Rs. 131.35 respectively. So far 173335 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 147.20 on 23-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 75.17 on 11-Apr-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 135.75 and Rs. 130.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10608.18 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 23.21%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 37.81% and 38.98% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has opened Lemon Tree Hotel, Kasauli. This is the fourth property of the group in the scenic state of Himachal Pradesh. This beautiful and elegant hotel, with 49 keys will open in two phases. Of the 49 well-appointed rooms and suites, 28 opened on March 28, 2024 along with Citrus Cafe - a multi-cuisine coffee shop, an expansive banquet space and conference facility as a part of phase I of the launch. The remaining rooms, Slounge - a hip recreation bar; Fresco, a rejuvenating spa and the fitness center will open shortly thereafter, as part of phase II.
