Lemon Tree Hotels gains on signing Franchise Agreement for upcoming hotel in Mussoorie

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 120.50, up by 1.00 points or 0.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 119.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 120.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 122.00 and Rs. 120.15 respectively. So far 97534 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 126.70 on 15-Sep-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 71.95 on 27-Jan-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 122.10 and Rs. 117.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9594.10 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 23.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.23% and 38.48% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a Franchise Agreement for upcoming hotel in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand under the Company’s brand ‘Lemon Tree Hotel'. This opening will be in addition to its eight existing and seven upcoming hotels & resorts in the state. The property which shall be franchised by Lemon Tree Hotels, is expected to open in FY25.
