Lancor Holdings climbs on inking MoU for re-development project ‘Lancor Ananya’

Lancor Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 46.90, up by 2.02 points or 4.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 44.88 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 45.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 49.00 and Rs. 44.09 respectively. So far 69331 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 63.00 on 04-Mar-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 31.18 on 29-Aug-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 49.00 and Rs. 39.59 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 344.03 crore.

Lancor Holdings has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with many of the owners of a re-development project named as ‘Lancor Ananya’ having total built-up area of 85337 sq.ft in prime residential area in the city. The works on this project will commence after receipt of RERA and approved plans.
