KPI Green Energy shines on receiving order for development of 305MWac solar power projects

KPI Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 1762.65, up by 36.80 points or 2.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 1725.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1803.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1812.00 and Rs. 1750.15 respectively. So far 35118 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1895.95 on 26-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 259.03 on 29-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1845.00 and Rs. 1625.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10403.87 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.08%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.05% and 38.87% respectively.

KPI Green Energy has received an order of total capacity of 305MWac out of which 175MWac is awarded by Aditya Birla Renewables Subsidiary and 130MWac is awarded by ABREL (RJ) Projects for development of Balance of System for 305MWac solar capacity forming part of the wind-solar hybrid power project in state of Gujarat. The Project shall be connected to Inter State Transmission System (ISTS) network of Central Transmission Utility (CTU).

KPI Green Energy will be responsible for providing a Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) services, including Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, loading, unloading, transportation, Construction, erection, testing, synchronization for the Balance of System for the Solar project. The project is scheduled to be completed in the financial year 2025-26.
