Kolte-Patil Developers is currently trading at Rs. 433.00, up by 3.90 points or 0.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 429.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 427.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 437.20 and Rs. 427.90 respectively. So far 6823 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 497.80 on 02-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 235.10 on 04-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 437.95 and Rs. 423.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3839.85 crore.

Kolte-Patil Developers has acquired around 7.5-acre land parcel in Bhugaon, Pune, with an estimated saleable area of around 1.9 million square feet and a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 1,400 crore. Bhugaon, Pune, is emerging as a desirable residential destination, with a blend of natural surroundings and excellent urban connectivity. This land parcel is surrounded by premium localities like Bavdhan and Kothrud, adjacent to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and close to the Shivaji Nagar Railway station.
