Keystone Realtors falls as its pre-sales declines 3% in Q3
Keystone Realtors is currently trading at Rs. 516.30, down by 7.30 points or 1.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 523.60 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 523.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 526.75 and Rs. 516.30 respectively. So far 234 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 700.00 on 10-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 484.00 on 09-May-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 544.60 and Rs. 516.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6517.29 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 78.25%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.83% and 2.92% respectively.
Keystone Realtors has reported 3% decline in its pre-sales to Rs 837 crore in Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 863 crore in Q3FY25. In Q2FY26, pre-sales stood at Rs 772 crore. Its collection has decreased by 3% to Rs 524 crore in Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 542 crore in Q3FY25.
However, on year-to-date basis, the company’s pre-sales grew 23% to Rs 2,676 crore as compared to Rs 2,174 crore in same period last year. Besides, its collection has increased 12% to Rs 1,768 crore as compared to Rs 1,579 crore in same period last year.
