NIBE shines on entering into licensing agreements for transfer of technology

NIBE is currently trading at Rs. 1435.20, up by 45.65 points or 3.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 1389.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1403.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1438.65 and Rs. 1300.00 respectively. So far 4056 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2245.40 on 08-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1100.05 on 14-Feb-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1660.30 and Rs. 1300.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2051.84 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.08% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.73% and 38.19% respectively.

NIBE has entered into a Licensing Agreements with Research & Development Establishment (Engrs), Pune (ii) Pune Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India for Transfer of Technology to utilize the ‘technology’ to manufacture and sell 24m Mountain Foot Bridge for ATV Including its Launching Systems in India to Indian Armed Forces/Other Govt. Agencies (Central and State).

NIBE (Formerly known as Kavita fabrics) manufactures synthetic fabrics in the form of semi-finished sarees and dress materials. These products are offered in various designs as per customer requirements.
