Mahindra Lifespace Developers rises on launching new phase at Mahindra Citadel in Pune
Mahindra Lifespace Developers is currently trading at Rs. 330.55, up by 2.25 points or 0.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 328.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 325.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 331.40 and Rs. 325.00 respectively. So far 787 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 428.35 on 01-Dec-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 288.00 on 30-Mar-2026.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers has launched a new phase at Mahindra Citadel, an expansive residential development spread across around 9.66 acres in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of nearly Rs 2,500 crore. The GDV for this phase is expected to be around Rs 800-850 crore.
