Kalpataru Projects International jumps on winning orders worth Rs 4,439 crore under T&D business

Kalpataru Projects International is currently trading at Rs. 1030.25, up by 11.45 points or 1.12% from its previous closing of Rs. 1018.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1070.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1073.20 and Rs. 1028.35 respectively. So far 18267 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1335.70 on 06-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 770.05 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1095.45 and Rs. 1007.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 17,585.30 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 33.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 55.63% and 10.80% respectively.

Kalpataru Projects International (KPIL), along with its subsidiaries, has secured notification of awards / comfort letters / confirmation of consummation of contract of around Rs 4,439 crore in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) business. The said orders include 400kV transmission line and associated substations in Africa, transmission line projects in India and a substation project in Sweden.
