Jyoti Structures touches roof on bagging order worth Rs 290 crore

Jyoti Structures is currently trading at its upper limit of Rs. 32.81, up by 1.56 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 31.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 31.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 32.81 and Rs. 31.80 respectively. So far 1041493 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 33.98 on 31-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 5.18 on 03-Apr-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 33.10 and Rs. 28.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2084.18 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.01% and 95.99%, stake in the company respectively.

Jyoti Structures has received an order from Torrent PowerGrid for an EPC work of 400 KV Multi Circuit Transmission Line in Gujarat. The contract, valued at Rs 290 crore including GST, is to be executed in 18 months. 

The company has also secured a contract for design and prototype testing of towers for 400 kV Double Circuit Oman - UAE Interconnector Project. The contract, valued at $1.8 million is to executed in 6 months.
