JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID) & Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the following Official Point of Acceptance (PoA) of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, managed by KFin Technologies (Registrar to the Schemes of the Mutual Fund), will be functioning from the new address as below with effect from April 1, 2024: The Address is KFin Technologies, 138 - Suyesh solitaire, Nr. Podar International School, Kudasan, Gandhinagar - 382421, Gujarat.
Further, it has informed Shalini Tibrewala has resigned from the services of the AMC from the close of business hours on Thursday, March 28, 2024. Consequently, she ceases to be the Fund Manager and Key Personnel of the AMC.
This Notice-Cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
