Inox Wind inches up on incorporating wholly owned subsidiaries

Inox Wind is currently trading at Rs. 150.30, up by 0.10 points or 0.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 150.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 154.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 154.35 and Rs. 149.80 respectively. So far 230381 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 177.00 on 27-May-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 34.40 on 13-Jun-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 157.75 and Rs. 124.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 19569.95 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.87%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.62% and 27.49% respectively.

Inox Wind has incorporated four wholly owned subsidiaries in the name of Junachay Wind Energy, Dharvi Kalan Wind Energy, Dangri Wind Energy and Kadodiya Wind Energy. Wholly owned subsidiaries have been established as special purpose vehicle (SPV) companies to develop wind farms in various parts of India.
