Inflame Appliances zooms on entering into agreement with KAFF Appliances India

Inflame Appliances is currently trading at Rs. 560.00, up by 39.50 points or 7.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 520.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 534.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 560.00 and Rs. 523.00 respectively. So far 20750 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 730.00 on 04-Sep-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 346.00 on 13-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 564.00 and Rs. 430.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 408.82 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.59%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.03% and 50.39% respectively.

Inflame Appliances has entered into agreement with KAFF Appliances India as on April 01, 2024 for manufacturing, assemble and supply of built in Refrigerators, wine coolers, Built in hobs, built in oven and chimneys.

By virtue of this agreement, the company will launch new products i.e. wine chillers/coolers and Built in Refrigerator, Built in oven exclusively for KAFF for the period of 3 years from the date of agreement. This agreement is entered into between the parties for business purpose on exclusive trade agreement basis.

Inflame Appliances is engaged in manufacturing of LPG Gas Stove/ Cooktops in various range.
