Indian Hotels declines despite reporting 15% rise in Q4FY26 consolidated net profit
The Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 646.15, down by 14.80 points or 2.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 660.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 680.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 680.80 and Rs. 644.80 respectively. So far 239832 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 811.90 on 21-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 565.25 on 02-Apr-2026.

Indian Hotels Company has reported 15.89% rise in its net profit at Rs 557.64 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to Rs 481.20 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.39% at Rs 1720.83 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 1531.13 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 14.85% rise in its net profit at Rs 599.86 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 522.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 14.40% at Rs 2844.78 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 2486.78 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 42.36% rise in its net profit at Rs 2011.94 crore as compared to Rs 1413.23 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 9.62% at Rs 5640.16 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5145.09 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
