Indian Hotels Company shines on signing Gateway resort in Himachal Pradesh
Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 640.70, up by 11.85 points or 1.88% from its previous closing of Rs. 628.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 634.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 641.00 and Rs. 634.05 respectively. So far 6870 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 853.30 on 23-Apr-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 565.25 on 02-Apr-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 643.35 and Rs. 577.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 91085.43 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 45.86% and 16.02% respectively.
Indian Hotels Company has signed resort in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. This greenfield project will be branded as Gateway. The 96-key Gateway Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills and a curated selection of dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a bar. Guests can enjoy a range of facilities including a heated swimming pool, fitness centre and a spa. The resort also features banqueting facilities including a venue spanning over 4,000 sq ft., making it an ideal destination for social gatherings, weddings and corporate retreats.
With the addition of this hotel, the company will have 27 hotels in Himachal Pradesh including 12 under development.
