India Shelter Finance zooms on getting nod to raise funds up to Rs 1,000 crore through NCDs

India Shelter Finance Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 919.75, up by 51.35 points or 5.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 868.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 906.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 933.80 and Rs. 900.00 respectively. So far 23173 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1011.45 on 21-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 603.25 on 29-Jan-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 956.60 and Rs. 865.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9879.44 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.90%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 25.64% and 26.46% respectively.
India Shelter Finance Corporation has received approval from board of directors for issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating upto Rs 1,000 crore through private placement/public issuances, in one or more tranches and/or series from time to time.
The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 07, 2025 has considered and approved the same.
