Gujarat Giants made headlines in the 2025 season auction by signing Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh for Rs.2.23 crore—this is the highest bid in league history and positions them in the spotlight for media and fan engagement. Jaipur Pink Panthers, owned by Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan, is among the league’s most successful teams, with two PKL titles and championship runs that keep them top-of-mind among fans.
The 2025 season of the Pro Kabaddi League starts on August 29, bringing 12 teams together to compete across Vizag, Jaipur, Chennai, and Delhi.
