ICICI Pru AMC introduces facility for transfer of units held in SoA mode
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed about introduction of following facility for transfer of units held in SoA mode. The facility shall be available under all schemes of the ICICI Prudential Mutual fund, except ETFs schemes: A. Facility for transfer of units held in SOA mode, B. Mode of submitting / accepting the Transfer Request, C. Pre-requisites for transfer of units held in SOA mode, D. Payment of Stamp duty on Transfer of Units, E. Process on transfer of units.
The provisions to this addendum would be made applicable from immediate effect. All the other provisions of the SAI/ application forms of the schemes, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund, as amended from time to time.
