ICICI Pru AMC informs about additional information regarding fortnightly frequency
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of various Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
In continuation to the addendum dated November 2, 2023, pertaining to ‘Introduction of ‘Fortnightly’ frequency under the Systematic Transfer Plan (STP) & Booster Systematic Transfer Plan (Booster STP) for eligible schemes of the Fund’ ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed the following below with respect to fortnightly frequency:
The minimum amount under the fortnightly frequency of STP will be same as under the Weekly and Monthly Frequencies, as mentioned in the respective Scheme Information Document (SID) of the eligible Schemes. The minimum number of installments will be 6.
All the other provisions of the SIDs/KIMs of the schemes, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs/KIMs of the schemes, as amended from time to time.
