ICICI Pru AMC announces conversion of OPAT of AMC to Non-OPAT
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/ Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) of the ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (the AMC) at the below mentioned address shall be considered as Non - Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (Non-OPAT) with effect from December 10, 2025: ICICI Prudential, 1st Floor, Unit No. 106, Prabhakunj Heights, Sayaji Station Road, Opposite ICICI Bank, Gujarat, Navsari – 396445.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
