ICICI Pru AMC announces conversion of Non-OPAT to OPAT of AMC
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Non -Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (Non- OPAT) of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (the AMC) located at ‘74/A, Nutanchati, Vani Vihar, Ground Floor, P.O. & District - Bankura, West Bengal, Pin -722101’ shall be considered as Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) with effect from November 21, 2023.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
